Adam Williams was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. is the son of Howard Wesley Williams and Linda Marie Williams, founders of the original, privately owned and locally renowned, Bernhard & Williams Photography (Est. 1970 . sold in 2010, acquired by LifeTouch  2014). His parents instilled in him a strong work ethic, respect for others no matter their background, and the importance of contributing to the community.

He is an alumnus of Centennial High School, NW Las Vegas (2004) where he excelled academically receiving secondary education accolades; Nevada All-State Academic Team and Scholar Athlete from 2001-2004 while lettering in varsity sports for soccer and baseball sophomore-senior years, receiving Nevada All-State status for soccer performance.

Passion for Personal Injury Law Spurred by Personal Experience

Attending University Las Vegas Nevada (UNLV) freshman year (2004-2005) transferring to University of Nevada Reno (UNR)  he holds a Bachelor of Science, (B.S.) in Business Management, with a minor in Criminal Justice (2009). Adam is a fraternal member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.

Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California receiving honors in academic excellence (2011).  During law school he interned for Richard Harris Law Firm (2012) as a law clerk. He worked as a paralegal and law clerk for Cogburn Law Offices in 2013.

Williams obtained his Nevada State Bar Association license in 2014 and launched his career as an attorney for Richard Harris Law Firm specializing in personal injury litigation. He is an active member of the Nevada Justice Association and Citizens for Justice. A trial attorney with notable settlements, Williams, achieved entry into the elite organizations; Million Dollar Advocates, and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates. Williams was lead counsel for the Nevada Supreme Court Case of Didier v. Sotolongo.

Adam now focuses his practice exclusively on representing plaintiffs in personal injury and insurance bad faith cases in Nevada. He has completed around 500 cases to date recovering millions of dollars to the victims of accidents.

He shares his personal life with significant other, Lauren Bauer, Director of Sales for Shepard Exposition Services and Chairperson of the 2020 Las Vegas Hospitality Association (LVHA).  Together they love donating time and resources to philanthropic organizations such as LVHA, LVHA’s annual Fill-A-Bag with Cheer program, Communities in Schools, and Goodie Two Shoes.

They are the new paw-parents to their rescue dog, Georgie, and they strongly believe in supporting dog adoption.  Adam is a sports enthusiast and a dedicated Vegas Golden Knights, Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Braves, and Team USA soccer fan. He is an avid golfer, who enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing.
